Matteo is a renowned Open Source author in the JavaScript ecosystem, with his modules downloaded over 17 billion times annually. A member of the Node.js Technical Steering Committee, he created the Fastify web framework and the Pino logger. Matteo holds a Ph.D. in "Application Platforms for the Internet of Things" and has spoken at over 60 international conferences, including OpenJS World and NodeConf.eu. He is also the co-author of Accelerating Server-Side Development with Fastify.
